We advertise to a specific market & have priced thousands of yards. For the past 12 years, Over 95% of the properties we quote qualify for these offers. Ordering service on this site does not bind you to a contract or obligation. We will review your order before scheduling. If we find that your address does not qualify we will simply contact you with a new quote that you can decline or accept. This rarely happens. If you have a neighborhood property(s), you will most likely qualify without question.​If you would like us to confirm this before you submit an order, just text us your address and ask to pre-qualify for standard rates.

What if my yard is overgrown?

Our crews can handle some pretty tall grass. If we arrive to more work than quoted we will simply contact you with a clean-up quote. This rarely happens, but if it does you reserve the right to accept or decline. We will never charge you for extra work without your approval.

 

If you know your yard is overgrown, just let us know in your service order. That way we can make notes for the crew so they're prepared no matter what the case.

How soon can I schedule service?

Most first-time services occur the same week as your selected start date. We will text you to confirm your schedule & answer any questions upon review of your order.

Is there a contract?

How do I pay?

We accept all major Credit & Debit cards, eCheck, PayPal & PayPal Credit. We will text you to go over billing & answer any other questions upon review of your order.
